WELCOME TO CPCSC!
New students can enroll online any time. Please note that CPCSC students must live in our district. Before you enroll, you will need electronic copies of the documents listed below. You may be asked to also provide the original, physical documents to your child’s school.
Required Documents
- Child’s certified birth certificate (not hospital certificate)
- Child’s immunization record
- Child’s social security card
- Valid driver’s license or state photo ID with current address
- Two documents from the following are required to prove residency: utility bills (NIPSCO, water), property deed or mortgage statement, or Lake County Tax Bill
Eligibility
Crown Point Community School Corporation does not offer enrollment for students outside our district. If you are building a home or moving to CPCSC, you must have a purchase agreement for an existing home or a builder letter. You must provide this document in order to enroll. If you are unsure whether you live within the CPCSC boundaries, you can check your address using our eligibility tool.
Enrollment Steps
Step 1
Enter your basic information in the initial form. You will receive an email within 48 hours that directs you to Step 2. Be sure to check your spam/junk inbox.

Step 2
Create your official PowerSchool account. You will need to verify your account within 24 hours as an added security measure to protect your privacy. Be sure to check your SPAM/junk email.

Step 3
Log in to your new PowerSchool account to complete the FORMS tab and the ENROLLMENT tab.
You can upload your documents yourself. However, if you would like to bring your proof of residency documents to your child's school to be copied, please call the school to make an appointment.
