• *PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DEVICE HAS BEEN CHARGED PRIOR TO ANY ATTEMPTS TO FIX AN ISSUE* THERE ARE CHARGING PORTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DEVICE BY THE SCHOOL 

     

    *Current chromebook Issue:

     

    We are aware that some students have been experiencing a log-in issue that is causing the screen to flash and then take the student back to the log-in page. If you are experiencing this issue, please have your student remover themselves as the user from the device and then log back in.

    Here are the steps to resolve this issue:

    1.) Next to the student's name in the log-in screen there is a down arrow.

    2.) Click on the arrow which will prompt the "Remove User"

    3.) Confirm the "Remove User" 

    4.) Student will log back in 

       

     

    If your student is having chromebook issues and a Hybrid learner, have them bring their device to the Media Center.
