The last fifteen of those years she served as a superintendent in both small and large districts, spanning both ends of the economic scale; service which earned her a nomination by her peers as Indiana Superintendent of the Year.
Dr. Eineman is a graduate of the Indiana Superintendent’s Leadership Academy and has continued her own education through participation in programs offered by such organizations as the Indiana Next Leadership Academy, American Association of School Administrators, and the Indiana Association of School Business Officials, from which she earned the Registered School Business Administrator certification for skills acquisition and lengthy experience as a school corporation business manager.

Dr. Eineman comes to CPCSC not only as a competent professional, but as a humanitarian as well. She has been described by peers, employees, associates, and community members as involved, visible, personable, great listener, team builder, collaborator, and builder-of-bridges through consensus. Her motto is “Children First,” and she has been called one of “those special superintendents who lead through vision, standards of excellence, and integrity.”
Dr. Eineman is proud to continue her life’s work with the Crown Point Community School Corporation and make the community of Crown Point her permanent home. She began her tenure in April of 2006: The first ninety days brought a plethora of activities that earned Dr. Eineman instant exposure and respect from the community of Crown Point. Most notably, on behalf of Dr. Suellen Reed, State of Indiana’s Superintendent of Public Instruction, State Representative Robert Kuzman bestowed the highest state education honor on June 9, 2006, at Crown Point High School Auditorium to Dr. Eineman – the coveted State of Indiana Bellringer Award.
