Our goal is simple: attract the best, retain the best. We refer to CPCSC as a “destination district” - most of our teachers stay in Crown Point schools for many years, if not their entire careers. We are proud to employ what we believe are the most talented professionals in education, and we are proud they choose CPCSC as their destination.
CPCSC is always looking for substitute bus drivers, bus monitors, custodians, and food service staff. Positions are no longer active once removed from the website.
You are welcome to apply at any time by using the "Fill out a new application" field at the bottom of the page. Applications are held in our system for 2 years.
CPCSC hires substitute teachers through the help of ESS. If you are interested in becoming a sub, please follow the link below to complete an application. For questions, please contact MBustos@ess.com.
