CPCSC Strategic Plan - Pursuing Excellence

The CPCSC Strategic Plan is the result of a truly collaborative effort shaped by the voices and perspectives of nearly 50 teachers, support staff, parents, community members, board members and administrators. This team came together around a shared commitment to create the strongest possible future for our students. They utilized data from assessments, surveys, observations, and personal experiences to create the framework below.
This strategic plan is a guide for the next three years of our district’s work together. Its success depends not only on the vision developed through this process, but on the continued partnership of the entire CPCSC community, including staff, students, families and community members.
Because when we work together toward shared goals, we create the best opportunity for every student to pursue their excellence.
