Recommendation for meal increases due to:
- There were no elementary/middle school price increases since August 2020
- High school prices last raised in August 2023
- Significant increases in food, labor, equipment, and supply costs
- Trinity requires a higher increase to add an on-site staff member (already in place at St. Mary's)
For the upcoming year, Food Service will expand menu offerings with more fresh, local produce to support student wellness. These enhancements require additional costs for food, labor, packaging, and preparation. The proposed adjustments will help maintain a self-sustaining program without impacting district funds.
