    Throughout history, there has always been a group of people that are brutalized and dehumanized. The past has proven this multiple times, from the Revoutionary War to the March on Washington D.C. The underdogs have never ceased to make their point noticed. African-American received rights, women received rights, LGBTQ+ received rights, but for some reason we are still not equal. WHile most people believe tat the fight for equal rights ended when the suppressed got voting or marriage rights, it goes further than that. This has been proven again and again through these protests and marches.

    This year’s election was so crazy that it wasn’t always easy to follow. Many go lost in the candidate's poor personal qualities instead of their beliefs and leadership skills. In this piece, we go into the story of the candidates stances and the way our students feel about the results.
