Be safe with your actions at school and at home.

A friend to all so we are never alone.

Responsible decision in both work and play.

Keep filling Buckets each and every Day.

     We Don't Do That Here

Little Cindy Lou, she had a bow in her hair.

It was the first day of school without her mama’s care.

Standing in the lunch line, Billy pushed her away.

He said "I’m gonna be first for Nachos today!"

He felt a tap on his shoulder, what could it be?

Standing right beside him was young Alex Marie.

Hand in hand with Cindy Lou, she wiped a tear from her eye.

With all her manners she said to him with a sigh,

"Pardon me Billy, I don’t mean to sound rude,

But pushin’ and shovin’ is something we don’t do.

    I’ll tell you something, hear me loud and clear;

    We don’t do that here!"

Third grade spelling, twenty word test,

Billy’s pal, Johnny, couldn’t finish the rest.

When the papers came back, Johnny’s hopes were high,

But, when he saw his grade he wanted to cry.

Johnny held his head low, they were calling him names.

Filled with anger, he couldn’t take the shame.

He turned to fire back, another name or two.

Billy knew right then, there was something he should do.

"Pardon me boys, I don’t mean to sound rude,

But putting others down is something we don’t do.

I’ll tell you something, hear me loud and clear,

    We don’t do that here!"

    (Chorus)

    We don’t do that here.

    We don’t do that here.

This is my school too, live the golden rule.

    We don’t do that here.

Now, Billy has learned some lessons for the rest of his life.

Sometimes, it takes courage to stand up for what’s right.

You’ve got to fill people’s buckets, instead of draining them dry.

Over twenty-five years since he left that school.

He has a family of three, small house and a pool.

At the grocery store, he saw a car drive by.

From the window to the ground, flew a burger and fries

Now what do you think Billy said……..

"Pardon me ma’am, I don’t want to sound rude.

But, trashing Mother Earth is something we don’t do.

I’ll tell you something, hear me loud and clear.

    We don’t do that here!"

    (Chorus)

    We don’t do that here.

    We don’t do that here.

This is my (world, school) too, live the golden rule.

    We don’t do that here

    (Repeat)
