COURSE DESCRIPTION
Public Relations is a semester or full-year course designed for students with an interest in writing, desktop publishing, photography, news media and design. Students will work with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create publications for the high school and its organizations. Students will also create a promotional design package for the company or not-for-profit organization of their choice. The final is a portfolio of the student’s best work from the semester and should reflect a broad variety of publication outlets. This course may be repeated by students who want to produce more advanced projects.
