COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course integrates a progressive composition program, including documented literary responses, with a study of select American poetry and prose from Romanticism to Postmodernism. This course is intended for students planning to go to a 4 year college or university and is a rigorous study of American Literature, with an analysis of some of the most impacting writings from America’s history. All Indiana academic standards are addressed.
