About RDS Parent/Student Access
Once you have your activation information,
you may wish to review this brief tutorial to begin the process.
**Our support process has changed. If you are experiencing difficulty with the system please request assistance by contacting your child's school using the following email address:
If by clicking the email links above, you do not get a new email message automatically addressed to the school, you will need to open a new mail message and type in the address.
Please make sure to include your name, your student's name and school as well as your relation to the student when requesting an activation code to create a Parent Access account.
If your account has become disabled, please let us know if you need your password reset in your email request.
If your account includes students from multiple schools, you only need to email one of those schools to enable your account.
You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
