Physical Night 2013

Physicals will be given at Crown Point High School for the 2013-14 school year on Monday, June 3, 2013 from 5:00 to 9:00. The cost is $35 and includes and optional EKG.Please click on the link for the physical and concussion forms.

New Concussion Information and Requirements

In accordance with new Indiana State Law (IC 20-24-27), parents and student-athletes must be given a “Concussions Fact Sheet” and parents must sign and turn in the Concussion Acknowledgement Form before the athlete can participate in athletics. Forms will be distributed at all parent meetings and the form can be downloaded by clicking the link above.

Play like a champion in one of the state’s toughest conferences (The Duneland Athletic Conference) by competing in any of the twenty Indiana High School Athletic Association sanctioned sports teams at Crown Point High School. CPHS has a state-of-the-art athletic facility which includes a 4,000 seat gym, field house with a indoor track, 25 meter 8-lane pool with diving well, gymnastics room, wrestling room, weight room, cardiovascular room, and new synthetic field turf installed in 2008 in the football stadium along with new locker rooms, training room and offices. 2011-2012 Highlights:

Boys Soccer was the Sectional, Regional, Semi-state, and State Champions.
A Duneland Athletic Conference, Sectional, Regional, and State Runner-up titles in wrestling.
Nine Sectional titles in football, boys and girls soccer, girls cross country, boys and girls tennis, boys and girls golf, wrestling.
Three Regional championships in boys and girls soccer and wrestling.
Jason Tsirtsis became the state of Indiana's 8th four time State Wrestling Champion.
Over 100 State Qualifiers.
Wrestling State Championships by Tyler Kral.
State Runner-up finish for dance team.
Two Indiana All-Stars: Reanna Jenks (Softball) and Courtney Kvachkoff (Basketball, Junior All-Star).
