Call school to report your child's absence before 9:00A.M. (219)663-2287 listen for prompts press 1 or dial Mrs. Romanak at ext. 19000 . Send a note with your child upon return to school.

RULES and PROCEDURES
Refer to Elementary Parent/Student Handbook 2011 - 2012.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Students must be 5 years old by August 1, 2011.

NEW STUDENTS
New students need to bring the following:
1. Birth Certificate from the health department
2. Immunization records
3.Social Security Number
4.Proof of residency - Valid Driver's License and 2 Utility Bills
5. Divorce/Separation/Custody orders
 
VISITOR/VOLUNTEER PASSES- When you enter our building, you must stop at the office to sign in and obtain a pass. Please wear a visitor or volunteer pass, whichever is appropriate. The pass must be worn on your shirt or jacket so that it is visible. This is for the protection of our children.

ALL volunteers must be background checked prior to volunteering for classroom help, field trips, etc.
